Obtainable entrace locates on the gable. Next to the door is a doorbell connected to ticket sales. Parking spaces are 30m from the entrace. Only the first floor of the exhibition is unrestricted.

A cloth rack free of charge is located beside the main entrance to the museum.

An induction loop system is installed at the Ticket Counter.
Amplified headsets are available for guided tours. Please inquire at the guide booking.

In the first floor is a DVD-room available for those not able to study the manors second and third floor. DVD is available in Finnish, Swedish and slottets första våning finns ett DVD-rum, där det är möjligt att se på en DVD-film om Villnäs herrgårdsslott. Man kan lyssna till filmen på finska, svenska och engelska. Det är också textade till de ovan nämnda språken.
