In addition to museum and exhibition activities, the National Museum of Finland offers good opportunities for holding meetings, seminars and launch events in its spacious and well-appointed auditorium. The events can be combined with visits to the museum's permanent and temporary exhibitions. Guided tours can be planned according to the wishes of clients. The museum's auditorium on the ground floor seats 212.
Modern audiovisual facilities: video projector, connections for PC's, overhead projector, document camera, two slide projectors, DVD player, CD player and a fast Internet connection. There is a separate entrance from street level next to the main staircase leading directly to the auditorium and foyer on the ground floor.

Room for group sessions
A separate room for group sessions next to the auditorium is rented only in connection with auditorium events. The room seats approximately 20 persons. Its basic equipment consists of an overhead projector, a flip chart and a slide projector.

Cafeteria and restaurant services
Restaurant services for events held at the National Museum can be ordered from museum cafeteria. The services are provided in the foyer area next to the auditorium. The cafeteria seats 50, with an additional 50 seats in the outdoor area in the adjacent courtyard. Fully licensed.
