Night of the Arts at the National Museum of Finland

Friday 27.8.2010, from 5 p.m till 10 p.m.

 

Live music. Historical movie of Gustavus III (in Finnish), written by August Strindberg. Jamkids Music Workshop.

Free entry to all the exhibitions.

Visitors have a unique opportunity to visit the tower of the National Museum of Finland; 100 entrance tickets to the tower (1/visitor) are distributed at 6 p.m. Visits to the tower at 6 p.m, 6.30 p.m, 7 p.m, 7.30 p.m and 8 p.m.

Workshop VINTTI is open from 5 p.m till 8 p.m.

The Museum is open till 10 p.m.

Free entry to all parts of the Museum from 5 p.m till 10.00 p.m.

Entry fees: 7,00 euros / 5,00 euros, free entry for those under 18. Free admission Tuesdays from 5.30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Free admission with Helsinki Card.

Spirit of Nature Wood Architecture Award winner will lecture at the auditorium of the National Museum of Finland 

thursday 9.9.2010, 3.30-5.30 pm

 

International Spirit of Nature Wood Architecture Award will be granted for the 6th time in September 2010. The Award ceremony will be held 9.9.2010 and the same day the recipient will have a public lecture at the auditorium of the National Museum of Finland.

Lecture will be held in English. 

Free entry.
