Facilities that can be rented

Map of the facilities.

All kinds of events, small family events, corporate dinners, music and theater performances, can be held in the halls and rooms of Olavinlinna.

 

The castle houses facilities for hire for meetings, seminars, celebrations and exhibitions.

In the old days in the Great Courtyard there used to be among other things workshops, wooden huts and barracks.

During the Middle Ages the officers ate and spent time in the King’s Hall and important quests were entertained there. The Swedish King Gustavus Adolphus II had the King’s Hall in his use when he visited Olavinlinna in 1622.

Conference Hall used to be a room for the soldiers to practice fencing, fighting and other important military skills.
